Description
The Zing Portable is an early intervention standing frame designed for children from infancy to 36 inches tall and up to 36 lbs. Built as a lightweight, foldable pediatric stander, it is designed to support standing programs for very young children while making daily setup, transport, and storage much easier for caregivers.
Weighing under 20 lbs., the Zing Portable features three foldable legs and an integrated carrying handle, making it easier to move between rooms, classrooms, and therapy spaces. Its compact folded footprint also makes it more practical for travel, storage, and use in homes or multi-user environments where space matters.
The Zing Portable is designed to support early standing with a comfortable transfer height of 26 inches and near-flat loading to help make transfers more manageable as children grow. With no stated minimum height or weight requirement, it offers a practical option for introducing standing as early as possible within an appropriate care plan.
Its true hip pivot leg abduction design helps promote alignment through the hips, knees, and feet, with up to 15 degrees of abduction per leg adjusted through a single knob. Feet maintain the angle of the legs without requiring wedges or separate realignment of the knees or foot plates, helping support easier positioning throughout the standing range.
Additional convenience features include tool-free adjustment of components, built-in support pad straps, and a multi-use tray that swings away in either direction while remaining attached during transfers. Altimate Medical, Inc. extends this limited warranty only to the original purchaser/customer (or supplier non-consumer who does not buy or resell). EasyStand and Zing products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
- Steel Frames – 5-year warranty
- Hydraulic Actuator – 2-year warranty
- Gas Spring – 2-year warranty
- Upholstered Components, Plastic Pads, Rubber Parts, Painted Surfaces, Bearings, and Other Parts Not Specifically Identified Above – 90-day warranty
Warranty on Electrical Option Components
- Actuator & Hand Pendant – 2-year warranty
- Control Box & Battery – 90 days
- Battery Charger – 90 days
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original ship date from Altimate Medical. Any product proven to Altimate Medical’s satisfaction to be defective and within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Altimate Medical’s option.
Warranty Limitations
Altimate Medical’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty are limited to repair and/or replacement. This warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement parts installation. Freight charges to and from the factory are the responsibility of the consumer or seller. Return freight charges will be prepaid by Altimate Medical for warranty service when requested by Altimate Medical before return. To receive satisfactory warranty service, please write directly to Altimate Medical at the address below. Do not return products without prior authorization.
This warranty does not apply to products subjected to negligence, abuse, misuse, improper operation, improper maintenance, improper storage, or damages beyond normal use. It also does not apply to products modified without Altimate Medical’s written consent, including modifications through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments, or products damaged by repairs using parts not manufactured by Altimate Medical or not complying with original equipment specifications.

The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express warranties. Altimate Medical shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
