Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Because many mobility and medical equipment products are manufacturer-controlled, hygiene-sensitive, custom-configured, or made to order, some products are not eligible for return. Please review the product page carefully or contact us before ordering if you are unsure about a product’s return eligibility.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom, configured, and made-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production has begun.

These products are built, prepared, or ordered specifically to customer specifications and generally cannot be restocked.

If you are unsure whether a product is custom or made to order, please contact us before placing your order.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer’s return policy and the product category.

Any applicable restocking fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us so we can help coordinate the process.

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs related to exchanges unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery when possible and provide:

  • Photos of the packaging and product
  • A description of the damage

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If a shipped item is eligible for return, the order will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.

Everyday Mobility USA is an authorized dealer. Many products are fulfilled through U.S.-based manufacturers and authorized distributors, and return eligibility may vary by product type and manufacturer policy.
