Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary based on the product, delivery location, carrier size, and shipping method required. WheelChair Carrier products may ship by standard carrier, freight, or palletized delivery depending on the model.

Estimated Shipping Ranges

  • Tote / Tilt N’ Tote: Estimated $60–$135
  • Electric Lifts: Estimated $275–$475

Tote Series carriers generally have lower shipping costs than electric lift models. Electric lifts are larger items and may be shipped on a pallet by freight truck. Estimated shipping costs may vary and are subject to change.

Shipping estimates apply to the lower 48 United States unless otherwise stated. Alaska, Hawaii, remote delivery areas, expedited shipping, or special delivery needs may require a custom quote.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase unless the return is due to a defect. Written authorization is required before any merchandise is returned.

Return transportation costs must be prepaid. Custom orders are not returnable. Authorized returns for credit may be subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus any cost required to restore the item to resalable condition. Original freight charges cannot be credited.

Warranty

Warranty

WheelChair Carrier products are backed by a manufacturer limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used according to the manufacturer’s installation and operating instructions.

Carrier Warranty

Carriers are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original purchase. Proof of original purchase and/or serial number may be required.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, unauthorized attachments, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Protective finish coating is not guaranteed against abuse, use, or natural wear.

Warranty Exceptions
  • Electrical components, including motors and actuators, carry a one (1) year limited warranty.
  • Transport covers carry a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Retractable ratchet straps carry a one (1) year limited warranty through the manufacturer.
  • Custom orders carry a 90-day warranty.

Warranty coverage does not include damage to the wheelchair, scooter, power chair, or other item being transported, or damage caused by an item falling from the carrier.
