Warranty is void for: acts of nature; lost or stolen units; commercial use; neglect, improper operation or lack of maintenance; unauthorized alterations/service; or removed/defaced serial numbers.

Additional Terms

Parts purchased outside the warranty period have 90 days to report manufacturing defects. Merits may replace warranted parts at its discretion for the original purchaser. Labor, service calls, transportation, freight, and other installation-related charges are the responsibility of the consumer or dealer.
