The Journey UPWalker Premium Lite V2 ships for a flat $80 delivery fee to the Lower 48 states. Standard delivery generally takes 5–10 business days.
Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately two business days. Tracking information will be provided once the order leaves the shipping facility.
Inspect the UPWalker and packaging promptly after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, retain all packaging and contact Everyday Mobility USA before using or returning the product.
Return requests must be made within 21 days of purchase and require prior authorization. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Returned products must meet applicable condition, packaging, and eligibility requirements.
Do not send the UPWalker back without first receiving return instructions from Everyday Mobility USA.
Warranty
The UPWalker frame is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser, provided it was purchased from Journey Health & Lifestyle or an authorized Journey dealer.
Accessories and non-durable components that are subject to normal wear, including wheels, brakes, the seat, lights, handgrips, and armrests, are covered for six months from the original purchase date.
During the applicable warranty period, covered warranty service includes parts, labor, and shipping associated with repairing the UPWalker.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and ends upon resale or transfer of the product. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
