Shipping & Returns

Qualifying Journey products totaling $700 or more receive free standard delivery to the contiguous United States. Orders below $700 are charged a flat $80 delivery fee.

Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately two business days. Standard delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

Inspect the scooter and packaging promptly after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, retain all packaging and contact Everyday Mobility USA before using or returning the product.

Return requests must be made within 21 days of purchase and require prior authorization. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Returned products must meet applicable condition, packaging, and eligibility requirements. Do not send a product back without first contacting Everyday Mobility USA.

Warranty

Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the So Lite Folding Power Scooter frame, mechanical components, electrical components, and motor against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the original purchase date.

The originally supplied battery, tires, fabric seat, seat back, and seat cushion are covered for 6 months from the original purchase date.

At Journey Health & Lifestyle’s discretion, an eligible defective component may be repaired or replaced using new or refurbished components. An installation kit may be supplied when appropriate. Labor charges related to component installation are not included.

Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
