Journey Air Elite — Ultra-Lightweight Power Mobility for Everyday Travel

The Journey Air Elite combines an ultra-lightweight carbon-fiber frame with simple joystick control and a dual-motor drive system. Weighing only 26 lbs without the battery and 29 lbs with the battery installed, it is designed for easier lifting, folding, storage, and transportation.

Two independent brushless motors provide responsive movement and precise turning in indoor spaces, doorways, restaurants, stores, and other tighter environments. The Air Elite also travels across many common outdoor surfaces while delivering up to 10 miles of range on a full charge.

A single pull on the seat handle folds the chair inward for compact transport. Once folded, it can be rolled like a suitcase, making it a practical choice for car travel, family outings, vacations, and commercial air travel.

The joystick can be positioned on either the right or left side, while flip-back armrests simplify transfers. Flat-free tires, rear anti-tip wheels, automatic electronic braking, a USB charging port, and a convenient backrest pouch add comfort and everyday convenience.

The Journey Air Elite is FDA registered and cleared. Journey Health & Lifestyle and Everyday Mobility USA do not diagnose conditions, prescribe equipment, submit insurance claims, or process insurance reimbursement.

The Air Elite may be eligible for reimbursement through many FSA or HSA plans. Eligibility depends on your individual plan, so please confirm coverage with your plan administrator before purchasing.

An optional Journey Extended Warranty may be added at the time of purchase for additional coverage on the battery, motor, controller, and charger.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

The Journey Air Elite is eligible for free standard delivery when qualifying Journey products in the order total $700 or more. Qualifying Journey orders below $700 are subject to a flat $80 delivery charge.

Delivery is available within the contiguous United States. Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately two business days. Standard transit generally takes 5–10 business days after the order ships.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment leaves the fulfillment facility. Processing or transit times may be extended during holidays, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Returns

Because Journey mobility products are specialized items shipped directly to the customer, purchases are generally considered final. Returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or products that are no longer wanted are not routinely accepted.

If your Air Elite arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Everyday Mobility USA as soon as possible. Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. We will work with Journey Health & Lifestyle to arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

An unopened product may be considered for return on an individual basis and requires prior authorization. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return freight. Products returned without authorization may be refused.

Warranty

Journey Air Elite Limited Warranty

Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the Air Elite frame and its mechanical and electrical components, including the motors, against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the original purchase date.

The originally supplied battery, tires, fabric seat, seat back, and seat cushion are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the original purchase date.

When a covered component is confirmed to be defective during the applicable warranty period, Journey Health & Lifestyle may repair the product or replace the affected component with a new or refurbished component. In some cases, an installation kit may be provided to assist with installing a replacement component.

Labor charges associated with installing replacement components are not included. Repairing or replacing a product or component does not extend the original warranty period.

An optional Journey Extended Warranty is available at the time of purchase. Extended coverage applies to the battery, motor, controller, and charger according to the terms of the extended-warranty plan.
