Shipping & Returns
Qualifying Journey products totaling $700 or more receive free standard delivery to the contiguous United States. Orders below $700 are charged a flat $80 delivery fee.
Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately two business days. Standard delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.
The Adventure Scooter arrives packaged in five lightweight sections that lock together without specialized tools, mechanical skills, or complicated wiring.
Inspect the scooter and packaging promptly after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, retain all packaging and contact Everyday Mobility USA before using or returning the product.
Return requests must be made within 21 days of purchase and require prior authorization. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Returned products must meet applicable condition, packaging, and eligibility requirements. Do not send a product back without first contacting Everyday Mobility USA.
Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle provides a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship affecting structural frame components, including the seat-support structure and welded frame components.
A one-year limited warranty applies to covered electronic and drivetrain components, including the controller, battery charger, differential, motor, wheels, and brakes.
Service involving the controller, battery, or charger must be performed by Journey Health & Lifestyle or an authorized service provider. Opening, dismantling, modifying, or attempting an unauthorized repair may void coverage for the affected component.
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, or damage caused by using the scooter outside its intended operating conditions.
